JOVIAT CULINARY AWARDS
the JOVIAT School of Hospitality Awards The were established in 2006, as part of the 20th Graduation Ceremony, coinciding with the graduation of the 16th class of Culinary Arts and Service students and the 11th class of Pastry students. Since their inception, the Awards have sought to recognise individuals and organisations whose professional achievements and commitment help elevate the profession, promote excellence and champion the values of gastronomy. The vast majority have been part of the School’s history and have become its ambassadors, carrying the JOVIAT name far and wide and helping to build a community founded on talent, collaboration and strong ties to the local region.
Depending on the edition, the awards recognise three or four categories: Partner Company, Business Project, Professional Career and Honorary Award.

With 20 editions of the Awards now celebrated, nearly 60 chef’s hats have found their way around the world, proudly displayed in the kitchens and dining rooms of restaurants, pastry shops, wineries and businesses across the industry. A legacy that reflects the School’s history and its commitment to the people who help gastronomy thrive through passion, respect and the values of excellence and innovation.
